Terms of Service

The terms of service, also known as TOS, states that you, the customer of GitBusiness.com, will not hold GitBusiness.com Inc. or any of its affiliates liable 

for any data related activitiy including but not limited to data loss, theft, breach, or otherwise software coding error 

that results in the aforementioned list of data related activities and those not in the list.

Upon request or automatically soon upon after termination of a monthly subscription service your data will be completely deleted including from any backups data sources that are created in the event of hardware failure data loss.

These terms are in immediate effect upon creation of a GitBusiness.com user account and are subject to change at the discretion of GitBusiness Inc.
